Practical or role-play marking

At the end of most training sessions is a practical or role playing requirement. This is the ‘show me what you have learned!’ aspect of the course and is a vital part of the trainee’s learning experience. They may be able to answer the workbook questions but unless they can apply the theory it'll be difficult for them to put it into practice.

Don’t mark these as complete unless the trainee can demonstrate the skill to the required level. It won’t help them, or your business!

When a trainee has completed both the workbook and practice and it’s all correct they'll be able to move on to the next session.
