RedSeed requires a reliable broadband connection to the internet.

If your internet connection experiences latency or low bandwidth (as discussed below), RedSeed users may experience slow page load times and/or performance-related problems – especially when viewing video content.                                                                                                                                                            

Bandwidth Requirements

RedSeed requires a reliable and consistent broadband connection to the internet.

If your network and internet connection cannot deliver a minimum of 200 kbps (low video quality) of data from our servers to an individual training PC your users may experience slow page load times and performance-related problems - particularly when playing videos.

The figures shown above refer to a single connection. The bandwidth requirements will increase in multi-user/concurrent training environments

We recommend that you allow enough bandwidth to support at least medium video quality. We only include the low video quality option as a last resort!
