General Computer Specifications

A PC running Windows IE10 or later that can stream a video will give the best experience within RedSeed. Phones and tablets should also work fine although typing comprehensive answers or providing feedback on them will be a little trickier on a phone keyboard. 

Screen Resolution

The minimum screen resolution required to use the RedSeed website effectively is 1024 x 768.

Smaller screen resolutions will still be able to access RedSeed but some additional scrolling may be required to navigate through course content.

Sound

RedSeed courses are video rich - with sound too! so your PC will require a sound card as well as functioning speakers or headphones. (It certainly makes it a lot easier than lipreading!)

We recommend headphones in busy or noisy training environments to reduce background noise.
