I can't login on my iPad?

Are you having trouble accessing training or your Coach & Admin dashboard? You may find that when you login on your iPad you are having trouble getting past this screen:

Follow the next three steps to ensure that cookies are being accepted, and JavaScript is enabled on your device.

STEP ONE - ENABLE JAVASCRIPT:

Tap your settings icon settings-icon.png and locate the Safari browser tab:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap 'Advanced':

Ensure that JavaScript is switched on. It should look like this:

STEP TWO - ALLOW COOKIES:

Still in your Safari tab (in the 'Settings' menu) change 'Block Cookies' to "From third parties and advertisers":

STEP THREE - CLEAR CACHE:

Clear your cache by tapping on 'Clear Cookies and Data'
