How do I reset a users password?

As a coach or administrator, you can send a trainee a link to reset their own password. To do this the trainee will need to be within your location scope within the Company. Essentially this means they're within a region, store, or department that you can view within your RedSeed dashboard. 

Firstly, you need to get the users EDIT USER screen — you can either do a quick search for the user or click on their name on the dashboard, to display their USER DASHBOARD.


Then click the  EDIT USER button.


Click the  RESET button and the trainee will be sent an email to the email address against their account to reset their own password. 


You will then need to  CONFIRM the request.
