How do I allow a Trainee to resit a course?

We get that training isn’t a one-time thing. It’s a series of learnings that should be reinforced over time - including redoing completed courses to refresh a person’s understanding for something like a compliance course, or an update to legislation.

We make this easy with the ‘Course Resits’ feature that allows courses with this setting applied to be redone by any team member.

If available you'll notice a BULK RESIT button next to the course name within the courses panel on the dashboard. Click this button to bulk enrol users. You're able to choose to re-enrol all available users, or just the users you select from the bulk enrol list.
