What is the "My Trainees" panel?

The "My Trainees" panel lists the trainees who you are currently coaching, or will coach when they reach a coaching point in one of their current courses.

When you've completed all the coaching for a trainee, or the trainee has completed all their coached courses, their name will be removed from this panel.
