Inactivity Alerts

If you're enrolled in a course and you don’t do any training for a set amount of days (normally around 7 days, but it depends on the course) then your name will appear on the inactivity report. RedSeed will automatically email you an inactivity alert once you become inactive. 

Sometimes the reason you become inactive is that you're waiting on your coach or manager to mark your workbook or complete the required practical activities - if this is the case then RedSeed will also email your assigned coach to give them a hurry-up!.
