How do I get closed captions on your videos?

Not all of the videos on our RedSeed platform have closed captions available, however, Google Chrome has a really neat feature called 'Live Caption'. Google Chrome will automatically generate real-time captions for media with audio on your browser i.e. our RedSeed videos! 

To turn on Live Caption in Chrome from your desktop, go to Chrome Settings, click on the Advanced section, then go to the Accessibility section and turn on 'Live Caption'. You also have the option of customizing your 'Caption preferences', for instance you can change the text size and transparency.
