Team Dashboard

The Team page replaces the Coaching dashboard and expands its functionality to better reflect how managers support their teams. This page is designed for managers and administrators.

What’s changed?

Previously, “Coaching” focused on a narrower workflow. The new Team page provides a broader view of:

  • Team learning progress
  • Coaching activity
  • Outstanding actions

Overview of Sections

When you land on the Team page, activities are grouped into four key categories:

  • Waiting for You
  • Waiting on Them
  • Completed
  • Unassigned

This structure makes it easy to prioritise and manage your workload.

Each item includes:

  • Action required

  • Date submitted
  • Location

Items are sorted by submission date, with the oldest appearing first.

Waiting on Them

These are items where your team member needs to take action.

You’ll see:

  • Team member
  • Action required
  • Coaching type
  • Submission date

If a team member has multiple outstanding items, a number indicator will appear.
