What is External Training?

External Training is a way for you to keep track of ‘On the Job’ courses. Examples of the types of courses are First Aid Training, Fire Warden Training etc. These aren't courses that are completed in RedSeed but their completions can be stored in RedSeed so all your employees' training is in one place.
