How do I delete an External Course completion?
PLEASE NOTE: The external course feature of the RedSeed LMS is not available to all users. If you'd like to find out more about it then please get in touch with your RedSeed account manager or email us at support@redseed.me.

To delete a completion record select
EDIT next to the completion record on the EDIT ENROLLMENTS page you want to delete.

Then click
DELETE completion button.

From the alert modal that appears read the warning then click
DELETE TRAINING.

Then click
SAVE CHANGES button from the PENDING CHANGES panel.
