Managing attendees for in-person courses
Administrators and managers can add team members at their location and below as attendees for in-person courses.
Once they've attended the in-person course, top-level administrators can mark them as having attended the class, which will create a "completed" training record for the team member.
Finding available in-person courses
In-person courses available at your location can be found by clicking the link on the Dashboard:
- On the Dashboard, find the Courses widget (right-hand side).

- Click View Available In-Person Courses.
- You’ll see courses.

Adding team member as attendees to a class
Click one of the in-person courses to see the available classes and select one that is suitable for your team member to attend.
From the class screen:
- Select Add Attendee
- In the pop-up: Confirm whether the attendee requires accommodation and add any special requirements or notes.
- Capacity is displayed at the top-left of the screen.


Administrators and managers can only add attendees from their own location and below.
Managing attendees
From the class screen, you can edit attendance details, or remove your team members from the list for this class.
