How to log into RedSeed
You can log in to RedSeed via:
- Your username or email and password.
- The ‘Welcome to RedSeed’ email.
- A login link sent to your email.
- Your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO).
Log in with your username or email and password
You should have received your login details via email or directly from your manager or administrator when your RedSeed user account was created. If you haven't, talk to your manager or administrator as they should be able to help you or contact support@redseed.me.
- Go to www.redseed.me and if you’re not currently logged in you'll be taken to the login page.
- Enter your ‘Username’ or ‘Email’ address.
- Enter your ‘Password’.
- Click the ‘Log in’ button.
PLEASE NOTE: Your username and password are case-sensitive.
Log in via your welcome email
When your RedSeed account was created, you received a ‘Welcome to RedSeed’ email. Click the ‘Start training’ button in that email to log in automatically!
Log in by requesting a login link via email
On the RedSeed login screen, click ‘Send me a login link via email’ to request a login link. Make sure you have access to the email account linked to your RedSeed profile.
- Go to www.redseed.me. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be taken to the login page.
Click ‘Send me a login link via email’.
On the next screen enter your ‘Email’ address and click ‘Send login link’.
You’ll receive an email with your login link — click it to log in.
Log in through your organisation’s Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation uses SSO and this has been configured with RedSeed, you’ll be able to log in to RedSeed through your Identity Provider (IdP) without needing a separate RedSeed password.
A 'Sign in using (IdP name)' button will appear on your RedSeed login screen. Use this option to log in through your organisation’s IdP.
