Problems logging into RedSeed?

You should have received your login details via email or have been notified directly by your manager or administrator of your login details. If you haven't, talk to them and they'll be able to sort this for you or contact support@redseed.me

TO LOGIN

Go to www.redseed.me and if you’re not already logged in you will be taken directly to the login page.

Enter your USERNAME or EMAIL address in the first field.

Your username and email address is case insensitive.

Enter your PASSWORD in the second field.

PLEASE NOTE: Your password is case-sensitive. The best way to make sure you've entered it exactly is to copy and paste it from your RedSeed welcome email!

Click the LOGIN button.

Alternatively, you can select the START TRAINING button in your RedSeed welcome email to be automatically logged in. If you don't have a welcome email from RedSeed you can request a login link instead by pressing the 'Email me a login link' button and one will be sent to you. Make sure however to set your own password in case you misplace this email. You can read how to do this here.
