How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password and you’re not logged in to RedSeed, the easiest way to reset your password is by using the ‘Forgot password?’ link on the login screen.
If you’re logged in, you can also reset your password from the ‘My profile’ page, which can be accessed by clicking your avatar icon in the top navigation menu.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re sharing an email address (which we don’t recommend), you won’t be able to reset your password via the first method below. You’ll need to talk to your manager or administrator about setting up a unique email address for you.
Use the forgot password link to reset my password
You can easily reset your password from the login screen — you’ll just need to know the email address associated with your RedSeed account.
Go to the RedSeed login page — https://www.redseed.me/login and click the ‘Forgot password?’ link.
Enter your email address or username associated with your RedSeed account and click the ‘Send password reset link’ button.
We’ll send you a password reset link via email. Click the ‘Reset password’ buton link in the email.
Enter your new password and repeat to confirm. Then click the ‘Set password and go to log in’ to continue to the log in screen.
Change your password from your 'My profile' page
If you’re currently logged into RedSeed and want to change your existing password, you can do this from the ‘My profile’ page. You can also edit your personal information, including your profile photo, name, and email address if needed.
- Click on your ‘name’ or ‘avatar icon’ from the top navigation menu.
Once on your ‘My profile’ page, you can change your password.
- When you’ve made the required changes, click the ‘Save changes’ button.
