How do I edit a users details?

So what if you want to change one of your team members’ details? Maybe they’ve just got married, changed their name or you need to shift their location within RedSeed? Well, it’s easy!

  • Only ‘Administrator’ and ‘Coach/Manager’ user accounts within the RedSeed LMS can edit another team member’s details. If you’d like to edit your own user details, please refer to this article.

  11. User type: You can change the user type between Trainee, Manager/Coach and Administrator. To learn more about these user types click here.
  12. You can also reset a user‘s password by pressing the ‘Reset’ button next to the ‘Reset password’ section.
  13. You can ‘archive’ or ‘unarchive’ their user account. Learn more about archiving and unarchiving a user here.
  14. Finally, click the ‘Save changes’ button to update the details you've changed.

NOTE: You can only change a user’s location to regions and stores that you currently administer. If you need to move them to a location outside your scope within the RedSeed LMS, you may need to speak with your manager or an administrator, who has additional permissions to do this. If you get stuck, you can always email support@redseed.me, and we’ll help sort it out.
